Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland we value the contribution of all employees and we feel that it is important to recognise their commitment and loyalty.

We do this by providing a comprehensive benefits package to ensure that the health and well-being of our employee’s is taken care of. Our aim has always been to provide benefits that are right for our employees and their families and we review our benefits regularly to ensure they remain competitive and relevant.

Wellbeing

We believe hard work is important to achieve our targets, but we also know that balance is essential and we have a number of programs that foster a culture that encourages down time from work to spend time with family; providing a healthy work-life balance.

These include programmes such as ‘Make My Life Easier’ which aims to curb unnecessary emails and meetings, and also a ‘Make My Day’ which rewards employees with gifts, tickets and other surprises throughout the year.

Growing from within

We understand the importance of providing the opportunity for growth and progression. We have a strong tradition of growing people who have demonstrated the ability to deliver excellent results. On average 88 percent of our employees were promoted from within, so our employees have the power to make their career journey at Coca‑Cola HBC a long and rewarding one. Ultimately in our business, it is people who make the magic happen – with consumer, customers, our bottling partners and the communities in which we work.

Career and development

We are committed to encouraging all our employees to be the best that they can be. By developing our employees we want to give them the chance to grow professionally through regular training and career development tools to help them achieve their full potential and play their part in making our company a success.

Our Learning & Development programmes range from technical and functional skills training right through to talent and leadership programmes that are designed to develop leaders at multiple levels of the organisation, from first time mangers to senior executives.

We use a range of techniques to support employee development, from formal classroom training and e-learning to on the job stretch assignments, projects, job rotations and great coaching.
