Matthieu Seguin, General Manager

Matthieu Seguin is General Manager of Coca‑Cola Hellenic Ireland & Northern Ireland, a position he has held since March 2016.

Matthieu joined the Coca‑Cola business in December 2009 as Group International Customer Director. In May 2011, Matthieu was appointed Country Commercial Director for Nigeria.

Prior to that, Matthieu held various commercial roles with Procter & Gamble for almost 18 years, in different geographies across Europe, Middle East & Africa.

He has a passion and commitment for people development and an outstanding track record of business turnaround.

In his spare time, Matthieu enjoys the sounds of a good music playlist, sailing, running, and travelling with his family. A native of Normandy, France, Matthieu is married to Maria. He has 4 children: Charles-Antoine, aged 2; Justine, aged 15; Manon, aged 18; and Maxime, aged 20.

Paddy Murney, Sales Director

Paddy joined Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland in 1998, and has held a number of key roles in the commercial function of the business demonstrating an ability to win with customers, lead commercial teams to excellence and deliver ambitious business plans.

 

Entering the business as a member of the events team, Paddy progressed quickly through the organisation and has been instrumental in the commercial success of CCHBC business on the Island of Ireland, having gained experience in the Licensed and Away from Home channels, before progressing to the position of Customer Director- Future Consumption, and then Commercial Director in 2015.  In his current role, Paddy is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth for the business.

Paddy is married to Denise and lives in Lisburn with his three children.

Mel Drohan, Chief Financial Officer

Mel is responsible for the finance function at Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland. He has extensive international finance experience having held a number of senior management positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Flextronics and Kingspan throughout his 16 years’ living in mainland Europe. Before returning to Ireland, Mel worked in regional and country level financial leadership roles with responsibilities across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East and India.

Having worked for Coca‑Cola HBC in Romania and Russia during his early career (1994 – 1999), Mel re-joined the company in 2015 to take up the position of CFO for the island of Ireland.  

Mel is married to Lumi and has two children: Emily, aged 11; and Katelyn aged 13.

Martina Lovetinska, Head of Channel Marketing

Martina joined the CCH business in the Czech Republic in 1995, holding a variety of roles in Channel Development, Market Analysis and Reporting, Special Projects and Marketing. Martina was the EATB Commercial Pilot Manager in the Czech Republic before moving into the role of Strategic Planning and Marketing Manager.

Prior to joining the island of Ireland business in July 2015, Martina was the Country Trade Marketing Director for CCH in Italy. In her current role, Martina has overall responsibility for the execution of marketing strategy across the island of Ireland.

A native of the Czech Republic, Martina now lives in Dublin with her husband Martin, son David and daughter Karolina.

Louise Sullivan, Public Affairs and Communications Director

Louise joined Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland & Northern Ireland in July 2015. As PA&C Function Head, she is responsible for protecting and promoting the reputation of the Coca‑Cola System across the island of Ireland, in partnership with the Coca‑Cola Company.  Her key responsibilities include Public Affairs, Issues Management, Community Affairs and Internal Communications.

Prior to joining Coca‑Cola HBC, Louise worked for the Kellogg Company, where she held a number of senior roles including Director, External Communications & Brand PR for the Kellogg Europe operation. She has also worked for Food & Drink Industry Ireland, the principal food & drink trade association in Ireland, where she held several roles, including Head of Consumer Foods.

Louise lives in Dublin with her husband, Derek, and two children, Jack and Ava.  

Jenni Meighan, Commercial Excellence Manager

Jenni joined Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland in 2003 as a Business Developer. She progressed through the commercial function and has held a number of key positions in Marketing, Category Management, Key Account Management, Learning and Development, Revenue Growth Management and currently holds the positon of Commercial Excellence Manager.

Jenni has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the OBPPC strategy in Ireland over the last 4 years and the project she led on Promotional Management was exported across the CCH Group as best practice as part of commercial policy framework.

As Commercial Excellence Manager, Jenni is instrumental to the roll out and embedding of the overall RGM strategy and continues to drive the business through Category and Consumer Insights.

Jenni lives in Belfast with her partner Nick.

Milan Topolic, Enterprise Operations Country Manager for Ireland

Milan joined CCH Ireland in July 2014 in the role of BSS Leader Supply Chain. During this time, Milan acted as a partner for Supply Chain supporting various new solution implementations, driving the exploitation agenda in process standardization and maximizing systems utilization.

Milan actively participated in the ICSC implementation and Warehouse outsourcing project, ensuring full systems and processess readiness and supporting business users knowledge management.

Milan has over 17 years of experience working for Coca‑Cola HBC, starting his Hellenic career in Croatia. He now lives in Belfast with his wife Antonija and three children Filip, Matej and Nataniel. 

 

Christine Burrows, HR Director

Christine joined Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland in 2014 as HR Business Partner for Supply Chain. She progressed to the role of HR Services Manager before being appointed HR Director in January 2017.

During her time at Coca‑Cola HBC, Christine has been instrumental in a number of business change initiatives. She supported the introduction of Automated Guided Vehicles to our plant at Knockmore Hill and played a key role in the implementation of our Integrated Competitive Supply Chain (ICSC). 

With 17 years’ HR experience, she has also led the delivery, management and continuous improvement of core operational services including compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR information and reporting, payroll, and pension. 

In her current role, Christine is tasked with strengthening our culture, people and teams to enable business growth.   

Christine lives in Portadown with her husband Neil.

Becky Jones, Legal Director and Company Secretary

Becky joined Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland & Northern Ireland in September 2016. As Legal Function Head, she is responsible for maximising commercial opportunities and good corporate governance whilst protecting and managing legal and regulatory risks for the company.  Her key responsibilities include ensuring that we operate in a compliant manner across the IOI, supporting contractual negotiations, providing legal advice across the entire business and delivering training on a range of legal topics.

 

Becky loves to mentor and coach people who she meets as she is passionate about developing and growing people and ideas.  She is also regularly invited to speak at external events in Ireland.

Prior to joining Coca‑Cola HBC, Becky worked for Diageo as the Regional Counsel for IOI and a member of the IOI and Europe Legal Leadership Teams.  She was also head of the Brand Protection Group and Spirited Women Network and worked closely with the various Ireland based visitor attractions. Prior to Diageo, she worked in private practice as a Senior Associate Solicitor working on a range of corporate and commercial transactions.

Becky lives in County Dublin with her 3 children, Sean (9), Finnian (8) and Carys (4). 

Paul Gorman, Supply Chain Services Manager (Acting)

Joining Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland in 2001, Paul held a number of key roles within the logistics function of the business before his appointment to Supply Chain Services Manager in 2017. Demonstrating an ability to embed cost leadership and work cross functionally to enhance service, Paul’s focus is on delivering the local 2020 vision for the Integrated Competitive Supply Chain (ICSC).

During his time at Coca‑Cola HBC, Paul has been instrumental in several business change initiatives. He was project manager for the implementation of an automatic warehouse system ‘Automate’ to our plant at Knockmore Hill in 2009, and project-managed the move to an Integrated Competitive Supply Chain (ICSC) with the 28-country Coca‑Cola HBC Group. 

In his current role, Paul’s focus is on building a high performing team with enhanced capabilities. As the single point of contact for Supply Chain on the senior management team, he prides himself on having open door policy and encourages people to speak their mind and challenge the status quo with new ideas for the business.

His interests outside work include running, and he has completed two marathons. He also plays golf occasionally and has a keen interest in local football.

Paul lives in Belfast with his wife Patricia and three kids Darragh, aged 14, Fionn, aged 10, and Caoimhe, aged 8.
