The Promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland except employees of the Promoter, its related companies, retailers, suppliers and agencies (and their immediate families) or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion.

All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

·       Maximum of one (1) Prize winner (the “Winner”)

Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.

Proof of eligibility, age or residency may be required. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.

3. How to Enter

Please note if the submitted entry does not include the correct information, the entry  will be deemed invalid and cannot be processed. The Promoter does not guarantee that mobile networks will be available all of the time or at any specific time. 4. Promotional Period

This Promotion is open from 00:00 on 06.07.2023 to 23:59 on 26.07.2023. Any texts received after 23:59 on 26.07.2023 will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as eligible entries.

5. Delivery of Prizes

Winner will be contacted by text to gain additional information. It is the responsibility of the participant to supply the correct personal information and the correct addresses. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of Prizes caused by the provision of incorrect information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.

Any Prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

6. Prize

· Prize includes VIP tickets to Electric Picnic Music and Arts Festival for the Winner plus one (1) other person (“Guest”), held on 1^st-3^rd September 2023 at Stradbally Hall, Co. Laois, Ireland (the “Prize”). There is one (1) Prize to be won in total. Guest tickets allow the Winner access to the guest area at Electric Picnic which includes luxury toilets, fully stocked bar, food traders, and a chill out area. The Winner will also have access to the guest campsite with luxury toilets and shower facilities and food traders. The terms and conditions of the tickets and entry will fully apply to the Prize tickets.  These terms and conditions are available on the Electric Picnic website (www.electricpicnic.ie) or on request from [email protected]. 

The Prize is offered as stated. You must enter the Promotion for your own personal purposes only. The Prize is non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternative, or alternative prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or lesser value.

7. Selection of Winner

One (1) Winner will be drawn at the end of the three-week promotional period from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by the Administrator. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner. However, if the Winner has not responded to notification within two (2) working days or if a selected Winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize Winner must provide proof of age (ID) before receiving the Prize.

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant Winner’s name and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation. Should the Winner fail or refuse to do so the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to win the Prize and be disqualified from the Promotion. The information collected from the Winner is used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfilling, and delivering Prizes to Winner. Entrants acknowledge that this information is collected on the legal basis that it is the minimum necessary to administer the entrant’s desired participation in the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, participation in the Promotion will be factually impossible.
