Full Terms and Conditions

By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation in the Promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including EUGDPR and UKGDPR, as applicable) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Promoter’s Name and Address

The Promoter is Coca-Cola HBC Northern Ireland Limited, Knockmore Hill, 12 Lissue Road, Lisburn BT28 2SZ and Coca-Cola HBC Ireland Limited, Huntstown Business Park, Cappagh Road, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 (the “Promoter”)

United Cinemas International (Ireland) Ltd t/a ODEON of 6th Floor, South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, D04 TR29 and United Cinemas International (UK) Ltd t/a ODEON of 8^th Floor 1 Stephen Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T 1AT (“ODEON” or “the Administrator”)

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all residents of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland except employees of the Promoter, its related companies, retailers, suppliers, and agencies (and their immediate families) or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion.

All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.

Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.

All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these rules and any Prizes, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion and any Prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition and forfeiture of the Prize. This shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. How to Enter

·  Entrants must purchase a regular or large classic combo meal with a Coca-Cola product in participating ODEON venues; AND  

·  Entrants must FreeText ODEON and the last 4 digits of their receipt number to one of the numbers below depending on their country of residence for entry:

o   50100   (ROI entrants)

o   62277   (NI entrants)  

Please note, if the submitted entry does not include the correct information, the claim will be deemed invalid and cannot be processed. Entrants who submit an invalid entry into the Promotion will not be notified by the Promoter. Entrants will be entered into a draw to win one (1) of eleven (11) prizes. Maximum only 1 entry per person/per mobile/per day. Purchase and internet access necessary.

No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.

4. Promotional Period

This Promotion is open from 00:00 on 07.09.2023 to 23:59 on 11.10.2023. Any entries received after 23:59 on 11.10.2023 will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as eligible entries.

5. Selection of Winners

The winner(s) will be chosen at random from a pool of people that correctly entered the Promotion following the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, particularly clause 3. The winner(s) will be informed of their winner status by phone within 14 days after the closing date (11.10.2023) using the contact details provided in the entry. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, the Promoter and/or judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Subject to the winner(s) being and appearing to be over 18 years old, the winner(s) will be required to take part in publicity, and should the winner(s) fail or refuse to do so the winner(s) will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to win the Prize and be disqualified from the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend this provision of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winners name and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.

6. Prizes

The Prizes are supplied by the Administrators, Sweete and ODEON. The main Prize comprises of x1 private screening for 30 people including a large classic combo meal each at an ODEON location in ROI or NI. The subPrizes comprise of ten (10) myLIMITLESS 12 month passes (“the Prize(s)”).  Eleven (11) Prizes to be won in total.

The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the Prize.

There is 1x prize available to be won consisting of a private screening experience at a local ODEON cinema of the winner’s choice. The experience includes the following:

·  Winner can select 1 x film of their choice (a list will be made available from ODEON upon winning the prize) to be shown at the private screening. Exclusions apply.

·  The winner can invite up to 29 guests in total.

· The winner and their guests will each receive a Classic Combo Popcorn and Drink during their visit. This will be arranged upon booking and winner and guests will receive their Classic Combo Popcorn and Drink upon arrival.

· The winner and their guests will have full exclusivity of the pre-booked cinema room for the duration of the chosen film.

· The film choice is limited to the relevant showings at the time of redemption. The winner will receive a list of films available at their chosen ODEON cinema for the date of their booking.

· The prize is non-transferrable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. No cash alternatives are offered in whole or in part and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of the main prize for an item of equal or greater value due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control should any element of the prize be unavailable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

myLIMITLESS passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue – myLIMITLESS MEMBERSHIP  T&Cs can be found here. Sub Prize: 12-month membership pass which allows you to view any standard format public 2D film screening with a standard seat type in a standard auditorium. Includes ODEON Kids, ODEON Newbies, ODEON Silver Cinema, and ODEON Screen Unseen. To make use of your myLimitless pass with ODEON, you will be required to share your personal data with ODEON in order to set up an ODEON account. By entering this Promotion and creating an account with ODEON, you consent to such use of your personal data. In relation to this processing activity, ODEON shall be the data controller. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner(‘s’) name(s) and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.

The Prize is offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative Prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

You must enter the Promotion for your own personal purposes only and cannot be given or transferred to any other person. The Prize must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating.

7. Receiving the Prize

Where the Prize is capable of online delivery, the winner will receive it with 48 hours of confirming their contact details to the Administrator, Sweete.

In all other cases, we will provide the winner with instructions on how to obtain their Prize.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a Prize is damaged or fails to be delivered,  neither the Promoter nor Administrator has any obligation to provide a replacement prize.

8. Data Privacy

For this Promotion, the Promoter, Coca-Cola Northern Ireland Limited, Knockmore Hill, 12 Lissue Road, Lisburn BT28 2SZ and Coca-Cola HBC Ireland Limited, Huntstown Business Park, Cappagh Road, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 is the data controller.  You can reach our data protection officer at [email protected]. The sole recipients of the winner’s information is the Administrator, Sweete,  PO Box 12948, Blackrock Co. Dublin.

The information collected from the winner is used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfilling, and delivering Prizes to winner. Entrants acknowledge that this information is collected on the legal basis that it is the minimum necessary to administer the entrant’s desired participation in the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, participation in the Promotion will be factually impossible.

By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Administrator to process that personal data for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion (where applicable) and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

The Administrator will delete the winner’s information 4 weeks after the Promotion ends. You may access your information at any time, or request to correct, erase, restrict its processing, or receive in usable, electronic format on simple email request to [email protected]. You have a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: 

i. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; and/or

ii. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.

The Promoter and any of its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law.

10. General

The Prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to the Prize in whole or in part. Cash value €0.001.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion, Prize and or these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances without notice.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, or to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any behaviour or misconduct on the part of the participants/winner(s) that disrupts either the efficient running of the Promotion, the enjoyment of the Prize or the reputation/integrity of Promoter, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept entry or to terminate/suspend the Promotion and/or the entrants/winners.

Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall be liable to any entrant for any cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting this Promotion.

Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall accept any liability for loss or damages incurred, or responsibility for any claim, as a result of acceptance of the

Prize.

Dates are subject to change.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, as applicable, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish or Irish Courts, as applicable.
