By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

2. Eligibility

 

The Promotion is not open to staff of the Promoter (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or staff of any associated companies, agencies, including promotional partners, administrators, fulfilment agencies or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

 

Max 1 entry per person per mobile.

 

Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.

 

All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter.

 

We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.

 

Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize. This shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. How to Enter

Entrants apply via FreeText and will receive an automated reply via FreeText to acknowledge receipt of entry. Please note if the submitted entry does not include the correct information, the claim will be deemed invalid and cannot be processed. Entrants who submit an invalid entry into the Promotion will not be notified by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to contact a network provider and to block any number that is found to be in violation of these Terms.

No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.

 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.

 

The Promoter does not guarantee that mobile networks will be available all the time or at any specific time. Proof of entering this promotion will not be taken as proof of receipt of entry. Sweete reserve the right to contact a network provider and seek to block any mobile number entry that is in violation of these Terms.

 

 

4. Entry Period

 

This Promotion is open from 00:00 9^th October 2023. The closing date of entry is 23:59 on 4^th November 2023.

 

One (1) prize to be won overall which will be awarded at the end of the promotional period.

 

Any entries received after 23:59 on 4^th November 2023 will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as eligible entries.

 

5. Selection of Winner

 

The winner will be chosen by the Administrator as appointed by the Promoter. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, the Promoter and/or judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Winner will be chosen at random from a pool of people that correctly enter the Promotion following the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, particularly clause 3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold Prizes if participants have not met the qualifying criteria set out clearly in the rules of this Promotion.

 

The winners of the Promotion will be notified by 7^th November 2023.

 

Winners will be selected by a random draw at the end of the Promotional period from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by the Administrator. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. However, if the winner has not responded to notification within forty-eight (48) hours or if a selected winner is ineligible, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

 

Subject to the winner(s) being and appearing to be over 18 years old, the winner(s) will be required to take part in publicity, and should the winner(s) fail or refuse to do so the winner(s) will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to win the Prize and be disqualified from the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend this provision of these Terms and Conditions.

 

6. Prize

 

The Prize is supplied by the Administrator and comprises of One (1) Family Holiday for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children under 12) which includes return flights to Bucharest for 4, 5nts B&B 4 star accommodation, dinner on 1 evening, day trip to Dracula’s Castle & Transylvania, half day tour of Bucharest, €1,000 spending money & airport transfers in Bucharest. The full terms and conditions for the Prize is listed in the point 10 Prize Schedule.

 

The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the Prize.

 

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner(‘s’) name(s) and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.

 

The Prize is offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative Prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

 

7. Receiving the Prize

 

Winners will be contacted by the Administrator via phone to gain additional information for prize fulfilment.

 

8. Data Privacy

 

By entering this Promotion, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of the Promoter selecting, contacting and confirming the winner. Your
personal data may be shared with trusted third parties.

 

For this Promotion, the Promoter, Coca-Cola HBC Northern Ireland Limited, Knockmore Hill, 12 Lissue Road, Lisburn BT28 2SZ is the Data Controller.  You can reach our data protection officer at [email protected]. The sole recipients of the winner’s information besides the Promoter is the associated promotional fulfilment agency Sweete.

The information collected from the winner is used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfilling and delivering Prizes to winner. Entrants acknowledge that this information is collected on the legal basis that it is the minimum necessary to administer the entrant’s desired participation in the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, participation in the Promotion will be factually impossible.

By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and to the Data Controller using third party agencies to process that personal data for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

The Administrator, Sweete will delete the winner’s information 4 weeks after the Promotion ends. You may access your information at any time, or request to correct, erase, restrict its processing, or receive in usable, electronic format on simple email request to [email protected]. 9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion, Prize and or these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances without notice.

 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: 

 

1.     Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; and/or

2.     Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.

 

The Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall accept any responsibility for difficulties, cost or expense experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.

 

Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall be liable to any entrant for any cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting this Promotion.

 

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any behaviour or misconduct on the part of the participants/winner(s) that disrupts either the efficient running of the promotion, the enjoyment of the Prize or the reputation/integrity of Promoter, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept entry or to terminate/suspend the Promotion and/or the entrants/winners.

 

The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

10. Prize Schedule

 

Prize Terms and Conditions: 5-night trip to Transylvania for a Family of 4 (2ad/2ch)

 

1.     This prize entitles the winner to a Family Holiday for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children under 12) which includes return flights to Bucharest for 4, 5nts B&B 4 star accommodation, dinner on 1 evening, day trip to Dracula’s Castle & Transylvania, half day tour of Bucharest, €1,000 spending money, airport transfers in Bucharest, priority boarding and free reserved seating for children (U12).

1.  All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
2. You must be 18 years or over to take the prize.

4.     To book your holiday prize please call Sweete on 01 5545770 quoting your unique prize code a minimum of 30 days before your preferred travel date.

5.     Please note that the official administrator is Sweete in conjunction with travel partner Platinum Travel Ltd. This promotion is administered and managed by Sweete, PO Box 12948, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. Your prize booking must be booked through Platinum Travel Irish Government License (TA0634) travel partner of Sweete.

6.     All bookings are subject to the availability of Sweete.

7.     Your holiday booking is valid for travel from November 2023 – April 2024 and excludes mid-term, bank holidays, Halloween, Christmas, New Year (18 Jan-4 Jan) and Easter.

8.     Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. Cash value €0.001c.

9.     The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, mini bar, attractions, car hire and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize details.

10.   Your prize cannot be used against a holiday booking already made.

11.   Your prize must be booked and taken prior to the expiry date which is 30.04.2024.

12.   Once your booking is made, your holiday contract will be with the selected tour company or accommodation company whose booking conditions apply.

13.   The winner shall be responsible for any damage to the accommodation or other venues (including their contents) visited by the winner and their guests throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission of the winner or their guests.

1. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the prize.
2. If you cancel your trip for any reason, no alternative will be offered.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and administrator accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.
