Simon Fitzpatrick, General Manager

Simon Fitzpatrick was appointed to the position of General Manager for Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland in February 2025. 

Simon began his career at Coca-Cola HBC over 20 years ago as a Business Developer, advancing through many sales roles such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager and Customer Director.

After working as the Commercial Director of Sales and Marketing at the Irish Football Association (IFA), Simon returned to Coca-Cola HBC in 2019 as Commercial Excellence Manager. In 2020, he assumed the role of Sales Director. 

In 2023, Simon was appointed Head of International Key Accounts across all Coca-Cola HBC markets and remained in this position until he was appointed as General Manager of the Ireland and Northern Ireland business unit.

Paul Dooley, Chief Financial Officer

Paul is responsible for the finance function at Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland. Paul qualified as an accountant in 2011 whilst working for Deloitte.

He went on to work in the technology sector for Conversant & Travelport Digital as a Financial Accountant and Finance Manager before joining CCHBC in 2015. 

Within CCHBC, Paul has been successful in a range of critical experiences covering various areas within finance team – he previously held the positions of Financial Controller, Customer Profitability Finance Manager and Revenue Controller.

Jenni Ardill, People & Culture Director

Jenni Ardill was appointed to the position of People & Culture Director for Coca-Cola HBC Ireland & Northern Ireland in August 2023.

Jenni has been with the business for 20+ years starting in Sales as a Business Developer and progressing though a diverse range of roles within the Commercial function. 

She then moved cross functionally to the P&C in 2020 as People & Culture Manager with remit over Supply Chain function.

Jenni has a degree in Business Economics and Management from the Queens University Belfast.

Mike Raven, Sales Director

Mike joined Coca‑Cola HBC at our Group level in 2020 as International Key Account Director with responsibility for the International Discounters.

In 2023, Mike relocated to Italy as Sales Director in At Home channel where he supported the team to deliver record growth achieved through a strong focus on customer centricity.

Prior to joining CCH, Mike was International Director for Danone with global responsibility for multiple multinational customers. Previously he held various commercial roles with Danone and Diageo including UK Channel Director (Modern Trade) for Danone.

Tom Burke, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director

Tom was appointed Director of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability for the island of Ireland business in December 2019.

In partnership with The Coca‑Cola Company, Tom is responsible for protecting and promoting the reputation of the Coca-Cola System across the island of Ireland and leads the sustainability agenda within the business, including governance, communication, packaging strategy and customer partnerships.

Tom joined the business from Ibec, Ireland's largest lobby and business representative group, where he held the role of Director of Retail Ireland.  

Tom holds a BA in Economics and Geography, and a Masters in Competition Law and Regulation from the National University of Ireland Maynooth, as well as a Diploma in Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He is currently a Board member at Re-turn, Ireland’s Deposit Return Scheme operator.

Jonathan Scott, Commercial Excellence Director

Jonathan is an established business leader with over 25 years of experience and a strong track record, obtained through cross-functional assignments across Coca-Cola HBC.

Jonathan progressed through various,Marketing roles before moving into Category Development where he initiated the creation of the first commercial Revenue Growth Management Team in Coca-Cola HBC, focused on step changing our brand, channel and promotional management processes, tools and capability.

He then moved into a Group Commercial role focusing on Category Development. He returned to the Irish business as Coffee & Premium Spirits Business Director in 2019, moving to head teh Commercial Excellence taem in 2025

Jonathan has a degree in Communication, Advertising & Marketing and a Master Degree in Business Administration, both from Ulster University

Joanna Sneddon, Supply chain director

Joanna joined CCHBC relocating from Scotland in November 2024 appointed as Supply Chain Director.

Joanna is responsible for our end-to-end supply chain on the Island of Ireland maximising opportunities to create value for our customers producing and distributing high quality products.

Joanna joins us following nine years of varied supply chain leadership roles both at a group and market level with Diageo based both in Scotland and Africa. She also held various logistics and supply chain transformation roles both in the drinks and automotive industries across Europe.

Joanna holds a BSc in International Economics as well as certification in Leading Sustainable Corporations with Oxford University and a PG Dip. Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.

Kylie Magee, Trade Marketing Director

Kylie Magee was appointed to the position of Trade Marketing Director for Coca-Cola HBC Ireland & Northern Ireland in September 2023.

Prior to her current position, she was At Home Channel Marketing Manager for three years. Kylie joined CCH in 2005 through the Coke Academy where she trained as a Business Developer. She joined the Marketing team in Jan 2007 and has held several positions across both Channel and Portfolio.

She has a degree in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield.

John Kealy, Legal Director

John Kealy joined Coca-Cola HBC as Legal Director in August 2020.

He is responsible for maximising commercial opportunities and good corporate governance whilst protecting and managing legal and regulatory risks for the company.

His key responsibilities include compliance, supporting contractual negotiations and providing legal advice across the business.

Originally from Cork, John qualified as a solicitor in 2007, and holds BCL and LLB degrees from University College Cork.

Cosmin Multescu, Digital & Technology Platform Director

Cosmin joined CCHBC Ireland in April 2022, as the Director of Digital & Technology Platforms.

Cosmin joined us from the Romanian business where he has held numerous roles across various departments including Sales, Supply Chain, DTPS and Finance, where he started his career in 2004.

A certified Information Security Manager (ISACA), Cosmin graduated from Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
