Miles Karemacher, General Manager

Miles Karemacher was appointed to the position of General Manager for Coca-Cola HBC Ireland & Northern Ireland in October 2019. 

Prior to his current position, he was Commercial Excellence Director for Coca-Cola HBC Italy for almost three years, having been appointed in November 2016.  Before joining Coca-Cola HBC, Miles worked at SAB Miller in London where he held both the European and Global Head of Revenue Management positions amongst other senior commercial and finance roles. 

Miles holds a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New South Wales, an MBA at IE Business School, and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. He has a proven track record of delivering sustainable business growth, and is passionate about people development and fostering a growth mindset culture. 

An Australian native, Miles lives in Dublin with his wife, daughter, and son.

Andrea Whyte, Marketing Manager

Andrea Joined Coca-Cola in 2000 as a part-time Events Team member while studying her degree in Business Economics. She went on to complete a Masters in Communications, Advertising and PR before securing her first full time job in Coca-Cola as a Brand Manager for Deep RiverRock.  

She progressed through a variety of marketing roles across Brand, Customer, Channel and Shopper Marketing before being appointed to the position of Marketing Director in 2019. In this role Andrea has further developed the Brand, Customer and Operational Marketing strategy as well as building team capability by creating a winning and learning environment. She also aims to inspire innovative and creative thinking.

Andrea lives in Lisburn and is married to Mark with a 7 year old daughter Emily and 4 year old son Harry.  

Paul Dooley Paul Dooley

Paul Dooley, Chief Financial Officer

Paul is responsible for the finance function at Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland. Paul qualified as an accountant in 2011 whilst working for Deloitte. He went on to work in the technology sector for Conversant & Travelport Digital as a Financial Accountant and Finance Manager before joining CCHBC in 2015. 

Within CCHBC, Paul has been successful in a range of critical experiences covering various areas within finance team – he held the positions of Financial Controller, Customer Profitability Finance Manager and Revenue Controller.

Paul is married to Maria and has 3 children, Evelyn, Arthur & Sebastian. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen golfer.

Marina Gainova, People & Culture Director

Marina has more than 18 years of experience in the Coca‑Cola System. She joined in the year 2000, in one of the plants in Russia as a marketing specialist. Soon she moved to People & Culture and held a series of roles in learning and development including L&D Manager for Russia. After that, she extended her experience to general HR – first holding the role of HR Business Partner for Support Functions in CCHBC Russia and later moving to the role of HR Director for Multon and since 2019 People and Culture Director of the island of Ireland.

Marina has a wealth of experience in talent and people development, expertise in managing big, small and matrix teams, as well as leading significant organisational change. 

In her current role, Marina is tasked with strengthening the culture of CCHBC, its people and teams and driving Diversity Equity and Inclusion agenda to enable business growth.   

Before starting a career in the Coca‑Cola System, Marina was passionate about figure skating. She continues to enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and learns new sports during the holidays.

Marina is a mother to a 9-year-old daughter.

Simon Fitzpatrick, Sales Director

Simon joined Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland in 2002 as a Business Developer. He progressed through the commercial function and has held a number of key positions in Field Sales and Key Account Management culminating as Customer Director in 2018. During his tenure as Customer Director, Simon led the Key Account team to Champions League status as part of the GFK customer satisfaction survey for the first time ever in Ireland.

Simon spent one year outside CCHBC as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Irish Football Association where he created the first commercial strategy for football in Northern Ireland.

Simon returned to CCHBC in March 2019, as the acting Commercial Excellence Manager where he will lead embed the company's Revenue Growth Management strategy and continue to drive the business through Advanced Analytics and Category and Consumer Insights. In March 2020, Simon was appointed the role of Sales Director, where he is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth for the business.

Simon is married to Helen and has two girls, Sarah and Emma. Spending time with family, a walk and a coffee at the beach on the north coast and watching Tottenham Hotspur would all be ingredients of a perfect day for Simon.

Tom Burke, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director

Tom was appointed Director of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability for the island of Ireland business in December 2019. In partnership with The Coca‑Cola Company, Tom is responsible for protecting and promoting the reputation of the Coca-Cola System across the island of Ireland and leads the sustainability agenda within the business, including governance, communication, packaging strategy and customer partnerships.

Tom joined the business from Ibec, Ireland's largest lobby and business representative group, where he held the role of Director of Retail Ireland. During his five years there, Tom led the roll-out of a new industry-wide strategy and a new brand identity for the association. Prior to that, Tom spent four years with the Alcohol Beverage Federation of Ireland (ABFI), where he was at the forefront of representing the brewing sector and wider drinks industry at national and European level. 

Tom holds a BA in Economics and Geography, and a Masters in Competition Law and Regulation from the National University of Ireland Maynooth, as well as a Diploma in Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He is currently a Board member at Re-turn, Ireland’s Deposit Return Scheme operator.

Tom lives in Kildare with his wife, Keira, and sons, Thomas and Alex. He is a sports enthusiast, with a particular interest in football, basketball, running and golf.

Cosmin Multescu, Digital & Technology Platform Director

Cosmin joined CCHBC Ireland in April 2022, as the Director of Digital & Technology Platforms. Cosmin joins us from the Romanian business where he has held numerous roles across various departments including Sales, Supply Chain, DTPS and Finance, where he started his career in 2004.

A certified Information Security Manager (ISACA), Cosmin graduated from Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

He is now based and lives in Belfast with his wife Dana and daughter Mara Emilia and son Tudor.

Julia Zagumennova, Commercial Excellence Director

Julia is an established business leader with over 20 years of experience and a strong track record, obtained through cross-functional assignments in shopper & customer marketing, category management and RGM. She joined our company in Russia in 2011 and progressed to the Commercial Excellence Director role. Under her leadership, an advanced high-performing Commercial Excellence team was built and the approach to promotional effectiveness and Trade Investment Optimization (TIO) was transformed. Most recently, she held the position of Global RGM Director for The Coca-Cola Company, where she successfully built RGM capabilities and a RGM global community. Her exposure to both local and global assignments provided her the opportunity to develop a well-grounded understanding of business fundamentals and growth drivers and strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. 

Julia has a degree with majors in corporate management and strategic marketing. 

Julia lives with her family in Dublin and outside of work enjoys yoga, hiking, horse riding, reading and watching movies.

Clive Wilson, Supply chain director

Clive joined Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland in September 2008, holding a number of roles in Procurement before progressing to the Country Logistics Manager role in 2013.

In February 2015 Clive was appointed to the role of Country Supply Chain Services Manager as part of the Integrated Competitive Supply Chain (ICSC) transformation and in May 2017 moved to a Group role, taking the position of Region 3 Planning Director.

Clive returned to the Ireland of Ireland operation in May 2019 as part of a Group restructure, taking up a new role as Country ICSC Manager.

Prior to joining Coca‑Cola HBC, Clive worked in the aerospace, electronics and office furniture industries.

In his current role Clive has overall responsibility for the operational performance and the strategic planning of the Supply Chain function.  His key responsibilities include maintaining and improving Customer Service levels, developing talent, and delivering on key projects and new processes which support the business's strategic plan.

Clive is married to Helen and lives in Donaghcloney with his two children Ben and Ruby.

John Kealy, Legal Director

John Kealy joined Coca-Cola HBC as Legal Director in August 2020. He is responsible for maximising commercial opportunities and good corporate governance whilst protecting and managing legal and regulatory risks for the company. His key responsibilities include compliance, supporting contractual negotiations and providing legal advice across the business.

Originally from Cork, John qualified as a solicitor in 2007, and holds BCL and LLB degrees from University College Cork.

He lives in Dublin with his wife Julie and daughter Alex. In his spare time, he enjoys running and cycling.
