I began my career at Coca‑Cola HBC in 2018 when I joined the Supply Chain function as a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee Programme is equipping me with broad experience and knowledge of the business and is allowing me to develop my capabilities. I was initially attracted to the Management Trainee programme due to the focus on individual professional development. Unlike many traditional graduate schemes, the Management Trainee programme at Coca‑Cola HBC values individuality, and provides opportunities for each graduate to learn the facets of the business, while pursuing their passions.

What I love most about working in Coca Cola HBC is the opportunity to learn something new every day. It is such a diverse and interesting environment and creates so many opportunities for learning and development.

The most intriguing element of the programme is the opportunity to shadow senior leaders and learn first-hand the key role leadership plays in a large, complex organisation.
