The people within CCHBC are another reason I have been with the company for 19 years. What I enjoy seeing most is how passionate everyone is about our brands. The people within the company are encouraging and supportive of one another, and this has developed a real culture of honesty and fairness.
To have a successful career in CCHBC, you must be passionate about what you are selling and keep the customer at the centre of what you do. Driving success for our retail partners is a very meaningful part of my job and one that I enjoy being able to say that I contribute to.
I also value the positive contribution the company makes in local community. Initiatives like the Big Beach Clean showcases how seriously the company takes environmental stewardship. Just this year I was proud to see that Coca‑Cola HBC was one of the first to market with a 100% recycled bottle, which supports the ambitions of a circular economy for plastic.
Other initiatives that are important within the organisation include the grant-giving scheme, The Thank You Fund and the Youth Empowerment programme which enables a network of support, guidance and encouragement to young people across the island.
For all these reasons, I'm incredibly proud to say that I work for Coca‑Cola HBC.
