The more I realised how invested the business was in my development, the more invested I became in the business
My journey within Coca‑Cola HBC started 13 years ago, when I joined the business with the first intake for the Graduate Sales Academy. I quickly realised that as an employer, Coca‑Cola HBC is incredibly invested in the development of its employees and actively encourages you to accelerate your career. The emphasis on development pleasantly surprised me, and the more I realised how invested the business was in my development, the more invested I became in the business
Thirteen years later, I am now a mentor to one of our management graduates and a youth coach within our #YouthEmpowered programme. #YouthEmpowered is our community programme that unemployed young people to develop key business and life skills to help them return to work or begin their career. Being involved in these initiatives has given me a real passion for nurturing talent developing a learning culture across Coca‑Cola HBC.
