What you’ll experience in the 2-year Graduate Programme?

Our Graduate Programmes are designed to accelerate your growth through hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and real responsibility. You’ll rotate across key departments, gaining a 360° view of the business, while being mentored by inspiring leaders who are invested in your success. You will be providing you with opportunities for continuously learn and grow supported by a structure development framework.


Graduate Roles

Commercial: Graduates will take on assignments across our Commercial functions where you will work directly with our customers and have the chance to gain experience in Sales, Digital Commerce, Customer Insights, Sales Strategy & Operational Planning.

Supply Chain: Supply Chain Graduates will take on assignments across our Logistics, Procurement & Planning teams while getting hands on experience with new innovative projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Typical selection process

Submit your application & CV which will then be reviewed by a member of our Recruitment Team. If you meet the essential requirements, you will be sent a video interview to complete to allow us to learn more about you,

Successful candidates from stage 1 will be invited to an Assessment Day onsite in our offices in either Lisburn or Dublin. You will take part in individual & team exercises, meet other potential grads, and have a one-on-one interview. It’s a chance to show your strengths and get a feel for our culture.

In the final stage of the process, you will meet with a Senior Leader from your chosen stream to discuss your goals, potential opportunities in the programme, and how you could grow with us.
