By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
1. Promoter’s Name and Address
The Promoter is Coca-Cola HBC Ireland Limited, Huntstown Business Park, Cappagh Road, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 (the “Promoter”).
Administrators:
- Kasulabo Limited trading as Sweete, PO Box 12948, Blackrock, Co. Dublin (“the Administrator”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland except staff of the Promoter (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or staff of any associated companies, agencies, including promotional partners, administrators, fulfilment agencies or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
Maximum of one (1) entry per person per mobile;
Maximum of one (1) Prize in total to be won;
Maximum of one (1) winning entrant (“Winner”);
All entrants must be aged 16 or over;
No purchase is necessary.
Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.
All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter.
We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.
Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize. This shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. How to Enter

Entrants apply via FreeText and will receive an automated reply via FreeText to acknowledge receipt of entry. Please note if the submitted entry does not include the correct information, the claim will be deemed invalid and cannot be processed. Entrants who submit an invalid entry into the Promotion will not be notified by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to contact a network provider and to block any number that is found to be in violation of these Terms.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.
The Promoter does not guarantee that mobile networks will be available all the time or at any specific time. Proof of entering this Promotion will not be taken as proof of receipt of entry. The Administrator running the FreeText entry is Sweete (customercare@sweete.ie, PH: +353 1 5545770). The Administrator reserves the right to contact a network provider and seek to block any mobile number entry that is in violation of these Terms.
4. Entry Period
This Promotion is open from 00:00 on 3rd March 2026. The closing date of entry is 23:59 on 15th April 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
One (1) Prize to be won overall which will be awarded at the end of the Promotional Period.
Any entries received after 23:59 on 15th April 2026 will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as eligible entries.
5. Selection of Winner
The Winner will be chosen on 16th April 2026 by the Administrator as appointed by the Promoter. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, the Promoter and/or judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner will be chosen at random from a pool of people that correctly entered the Promotion following the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, particularly clause 3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold Prizes if participants have not met the qualifying criteria set out clearly in the rules of this Promotion.
The Winner will be selected by a random draw after the Promotional Period ends from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by the Administrator. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner at the end of the Promotional Period. However, if the Winner has not responded to notification within forty-eight (48) hours or if a selected Winner is ineligible, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
Subject to the Winner being and appearing to be over 18 years old, the Winner will be required to take part in publicity, and should the Winner fail or refuse to do so, the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to win the Prize and be disqualified from the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend this provision of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Prize
The Prize is supplied by the Administrator and comprises one (1) trip to New York for two adults (29th June – 3rd July 2026) (the “Prize”).
Prize includes:
- Return flights from Dublin to New York for two adults (economy class only)
- 4-night stay in 3 or 4* accommodation (double/twin basis) (standard of hotel is at the Promoter’s and/or Administrator’s full discretion)
- Match tickets x 2 (match day 30th June – Fifa match 77 – Met Life Stadium)
- Return transfers to/from the match
- Gift card for meals (capped amount to be specified by the Promoter and/or Administrator upon Prize awarding)
- Return transfers to/from airport
- 10kg & 20kg luggage & reserved seating
The Prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, tax or personal expenses.
The Winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the Prize.
All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.
Winner will be responsible for ensuring that he/she/they and any person travelling are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified. For the avoidance of doubt, dates of travel are fixed and cannot be changed.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant Winner’s name(s) and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.
The Prize is offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative Prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. Receiving the Prize
The Winner will receive a call to confirm their Prize followed by an email with a winner’s letter which includes details of the Prize.
The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
To receive the Prize, the Winner must call the Administrator on 01 5545 770 to secure their booking. All bookings are subject to the availability of the Administrator. Once the booking is made, the Winner’s holiday contract will be with the selected tour operator, and the Winner will be subject to their applicable booking terms and conditions.
The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of the Prize where failure to deliver is caused by the provision of incorrect information or other causes beyond its control.
The Promoter and/or Administrator does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
8. Data Privacy
By entering this Promotion, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of the Promoter selecting, contacting and confirming the winner. Your
personal data may be shared with trusted third parties.
For this Promotion, the Promoter, Coca-Cola HBC Ireland Limited, Huntstown Business Park, Cappagh Road, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 is the Data Controller. You can reach our data protection officer at DataProtectionOffice@cchellenic.com. The sole recipients of the Winner’s information besides the Promoter is the Administrator, Sweete.
The information collected from the Winner is used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfilling and delivering the Prize to the Winner. Entrants acknowledge that this information is collected on the legal basis that it is the minimum necessary to administer the entrant’s desired participation in the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, participation in the Promotion will be factually impossible.
By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and to the Data Controller using third party agencies to process that personal data for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
The Administrator, Sweete, will delete the winner’s information four (4) weeks after the Promotion ends. You may access your information at any time, or request to correct, erase, restrict its processing, or receive in usable, electronic format on simple email request to info@sweete.ie. You have a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion, Prize and or these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; and/or
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption.
The Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall accept any responsibility for difficulties, cost or expense experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall be liable to any entrant for any cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting this Promotion.
The Winner and their guests must not have any limitations upon their ability or rights to travel to and from both the destination and the departing country. The right to refuse entry to either country is held by passport control and countries’ authorities. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for ensuring the Winner or their guest can travel and are not responsible for any costs incurred should entry be refused by passport control or the countries’ authorities.
Winner and travel companions are solely responsible to abide by destination countries laws and regulations.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any behaviour or misconduct on the part of the participants/Winner(s) that disrupts either the efficient running of the Promotion, the enjoyment of the Prize or the reputation/integrity of Promoter, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept entry or to terminate/suspend the Promotion and/or the entrants/Winners.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.
Dates of this Promotion are subject to change.
Winners may be required to undergo a background check.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party manufacturer and/or brand owner of the Prize. The information you provide will only be used for communication associated with this Promotion or for further brand communication if the entrant has specifically opted in to receive this.
10. Prize Terms and Conditions
- This Prize entitles the Winner to return flights from Dublin to New York for two adults (economy class only), 4-night stay in 3 or 4* accommodation (double/twin basis) (standard of hotel is at the Promoter’s and/or Administrator’s full discretion), match tickets x 2, return transfers to/from the match, gift card for meals, return transfers to/from airport, 10kg & 20kg luggage & reserved seating
- All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.
- You must be 18 years or over to enter the Promotion.
- To book your holiday Prize please call Sweete, the Administrator, on 01 5545 770.
- All bookings are subject to the availability of the Administrator.
- Winner’s booking is for 29th June – 3rd July 2026 (dates of travel are fixed and cannot be changed).
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. Cash value €0.001c.
- The Prize excludes drinks, excursions, mini bar, attractions, car hire and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the Prize details at clause 6 of the Promoter’s Terms.
- Prize cannot be used against a booking already made.
- Once your booking is made with the respective airline, your holiday contract will be with the selected tour operator and you will be subject to their booking terms and conditions.
- Similarly, once your contract is made with the hotel/accommodation company, you will be subject to their booking terms and conditions.
- The Winner shall be responsible for any damage to the accommodation or other venues (including their contents) visited by the Winner and their guests throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission of the Winner or their guests.
- If you fail to turn up for your stay on the date agreed with the selected hotel, this Prize will be cancelled / invalidated, and you will be unable to book an alternative date or time or in any other hotel.
- The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the Prize.
- This Promotion is administered and managed by Sweete, PO Box 12948, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Administrator accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize.
