Prize Terms and Conditions – Customer Portal – Caffe Vergnano Hot Chocolate online competition (the “Promotion”)

By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR and UKGDPR, as applicable) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

1. Promoter’s Name and Address

The Promoters are: 

• Coca-Cola HBC Northern Ireland Limited, Knockmore Hill, 12 Lissue Road, Lisburn BT28 2SZ; and

• Coca-Cola HBC Ireland Limited, Huntstown Business Park, Cappagh Road, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11. 
  (Collectively referred to as “CCHBC” or the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility 

This Promotion is open to trade customers of Coca-Cola HBC Ireland Ltd and Coca-Cola HBC Northern Ireland Ltd operating in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. 
It is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion. 

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and business operation from any entrant.

3. How to Enter 

To participate, eligible customers must:

• Place at least one (1) online order via the Customer Portal between 14th April and 12th June 2026; 
• Include Caffe Vergnano Hot Chocolate in your order

Each qualifying outlet will have only one entry into the draw.  

4. Entry Period

The Promotion runs from 00:00 on 14th April 2026 to 23:59 on 12th June 2026  

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

5. Selection of Winners 

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by 1st July 2026 
Winners will be contacted via their contact details registered on the customer’s account. 
If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prizes 

• 10 winners will each receive a  €100 / £100 One4All Shopping Voucher

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

7. Delivery of Prizes 

Prizes will be delivered by 31st August 2026 to the address registered on the customer’s account associated with one of the qualifying orders.

8. Data Privacy 

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will always be kept confidential, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For this promotion, any requests to delete personal data will result in withdrawal from the promotion if submitted prior to the Prizes being awarded.

9. General 

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. 
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries. 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, as applicable.
