I joined Coca‑Cola HBC in 2016 because I wanted to become part of a successful multinational company, that offers limitless opportunities.
When I joined I was positively surprised by the focus on employee engagement and how invested the company is in its employees development and wellbeing. Positive engagement is a massive focus within Coca‑Cola HBC and this has become clear through the number of initiatives, surveys and support networks that has been created for the employees. This alone makes Coca‑Cola HBC a unique employer for me.
What I love most about my job is working with my team to create a competitive advantage for our business, through improved processes and procedures. I thrive on the daily interaction with my team, other departments and companies outside of our business. There is also great job satisfaction when you can see the tangible results that our function delivers for the business.
