I have been with Coca‑Cola HBC for 21 years and in that time have had the opportunity to develop into several roles. I am one of the first people to make a jump from Supply Chain to the commercial side of the business, which is a testament to the scope of opportunities presented within Coca‑Cola HBC.
What I love the most about working for Coca‑Cola HBC, is that the company really values and trusts its employees. This became apparent when I was involved in meetings and decisions with senior managers from early on. It also creates fantastic opportunities to network and learn from experienced members of the team from the outset.
Coca‑Cola HBC is special because it allows you to find and explore your own capabilities and interests and really encourages you to pursue further development. It is a vast and iconic company spanning 28 markets, and this allows for movement between departments and countries which is unique.
