These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR and UKGDPR, as applicable) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility to Enter / Opening and Closing Dates
1) This Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, European Refreshments UC (trading as Coca-Cola Ireland), and their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
2) No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted.
3) No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries over two (2) per day from the same person will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
4) Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.
5) Mobile phone, internet and email account required.
6) No purchase necessary to enter the promotion. Text entry is free.
7) A maximum of two (2) entries permitted per person per day. Anyone entering or found to have entered more than twice a day using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the Promotion.
8) A maximum of one (1) win per person per Prize type.
9) Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.
10) The Promoter reserves the right to block any number that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Period
11) The promotional period to enter a regular Weekly Prize Draw runs from 00:00 on 22.07.2024 and closes at 23.59 on 15.09.2024. Each Weekly Draw (8 in total) will cover all entries from 00:00 each Monday to 23:59 each following Sunday.
12) The regular Weekly Prize Draws will take place the next working day after closing ( which will be a Monday, unless it falls on a bank holiday in which case the draw will take place on a Tuesday), with all valid entries from the preceding week being included in the relevant Weekly Draw.

13) One (1) winner will also be drawn at random from all valid entries throughout the Promotion on 16.09.24 in the Grand Prize Draw.
14) Any free text entries received after 23:59 on 15.09.2024 will be invalid and will not be processed.
How to Enter

16) To enter for the Prize Draws, participants must:

Entrants will receive an automated text message response (at no charge) confirming entry into the Prize Draw and automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
17) Entrants are advised to take care when typing and entering the text code and entry details. The Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors and incorrect texts which may be charged. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions and guidelines will be accepted. Capital letters or lower-case letters will both be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, spelling mistakes will be disqualified. Attempted additional entries or invalid entries will not be included in the Prize Draws. Persistent abuse will result in immediate disqualification without notification.
18) Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
19) The Promoter does not guarantee that mobile networks will be available all of the time or at any specific time.
20) Text messages are free, but errors could be charged at the relevant network provider’s standard rate and may not be included within a prepaid text package (as fees vary by network provider). Please double check with the billpayer before entering the Promotion.
21) The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.
Selecting the Winner(s)
22) There will be eight (8) Weekly Draws, in addition to the one (1) Grand Prize Draw (16.09.2024) as detailed.
23) In weeks one (1), three (3), five (5) and seven (7) only there will be five (5) Prize winners. In the other weeks two (2), four (4), six (6) and eight (8) there will be four (4) Prize winners. All winners will be drawn at random weekly from all valid entries received on each of the relevant eight (8) weeks during the Promotional Period. Winners and a number of reserves for each draw will be drawn on the dates specified from all genuine, valid entries.
Winners will be drawn for the prizes in the following order: For weeks where an additional prize is available to be won, this prize will be drawn first, then the standard weekly prizes will be drawn in this order Picnic set, Raincoat, Umbrella and Board Game.
A new winner will be drawn if a previous winner is selected for the same prize in any Weekly Draw. Reserves will be drawn after the respective potential winners have been drawn in each week, just in case they are required.
24) If your entry is drawn at random for the Prize, you will win, subject to verification against these Terms and Conditions.
25) Winners only will be notified via text within twenty-four (24) working hours of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claim process. Winners will have fourteen (14) days to claim their Prize from first contact. Winners will be required to provide information including: their name, mobile number, proof of age, email address and home address to assist with verification, fulfilment of the Prize and arranging Prize delivery, this will be collected and processed in a secure manner by trusted third party.
26) Text messages received from the Promoter will be at the Promoter’s cost.
27) The text confirming the Grand Prize win will be sent to the winner within twenty-four (24) working hours of the draw taking place.

32) The Grand Prize Draw Prize includes:

• £5000 or €5,000 voucher for leading travel agency or travel website of winner’s choice, with multiple options available within Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, including secure delivery by post or email
Exact terms and conditions will vary based on winner’s chosen travel agency or travel website, which will be provided to winner in advance of voucher being purchased; Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue; Voucher can be used against flights, hotel accommodation or package holidays, depending on the winner’s preference. The whole voucher value does not need to be spent in a single transaction. If winner does not use full voucher value on a single holiday, the remaining balance can be used in the future, until the voucher’s stated expiry date; When redeemed, the voucher value will be deducted from the cost of the winner’s chosen travel booking or package holiday. Notification of the Prize
33) Winners only will be sent a text containing a URL to upload information online, their contact and delivery details will need to be provided in order for the Prize to be fulfilled. This text will be sent within 24 working hours of each Weekly Prize Draw and the Grand Prize.
34) Winners will be required to visit the URL sent to them via text and complete the verification process, then provide their full name, date of birth, valid address, mobile number (this needs to be the mobile number which entered and received the winning text response) and valid email address that is personal and accessible throughout the promotion. Winners should keep hold of their text message until their win has been verified.
35) A trusted third party of the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, however, if a winner has not responded to notification within fourteen (14) days of initial contact attempt or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their Prize, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize, and re-allocate the Prize back into the Promotion if during the Promotional period and select the reserves next in line, as detailed from the original relevant draw. These reserve(s) will be contacted by the same process. If a winner has not responded to any communication and the Prize has not been awarded after three (3) attempts with each potential winner (main winner & two (2) reserves per draw), the Prize has therefore not been successfully claimed and will be null and void.
36) Once winners have submitted their personal details online, a verification process will then take place. All verified entries will be submitted to the Prize Provider to fulfil the Prize.
37) On successful verification, the Prize Provider will arrange for fulfilment of the Prize won within twenty-eight (28) working days. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery details submitted by the winner.
38) In the event that a Prize is not received within 28 working days, please contact the fulfillment agency detailed in the winners’ email received upon successful verification.
39) In the event that there are any queries raised regarding Prize fulfilment, the Promoter’s agent may need to contact the participant via the email address or telephone number provided upon submitting a claim.
General
40) The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
41) Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating.
42) The Prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
43) The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
44) The Promoter reserves the right to add more Prizes into the Promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
45) The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. 47) Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion including the publication of their full names and counties, without further remuneration.
48) Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
49) The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
50) In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
51) No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
52) The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum extent allowable by law.
53) Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
i. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions,
ii. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption,
iii. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof,
iv. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion,
54) If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
55) These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland or Ireland, as applicable, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland or Ireland, as applicable, regarding any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.

A3. No, you don’t have to purchase a product to enter.
Q4. How do I enter?
A4. To enter, simply text HOLIDAY to 50015 if you live in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) or 80800 if you live in Northern Ireland (NI). Successful entries will receive an instant text message response to confirm their entry into the Weekly Prize Draw.

This voucher can be used against flights, hotel accommodation or package holidays, depending on your preference and the whole voucher value does not need to be spent in a single transaction. If you do not use full voucher value on a single holiday, the remaining balance can be used on a separate holiday, until the voucher’s stated expiry date.
Q18. Is there anything I need in order to win the Weekly Prize Draw prizes?
A18. In order to accept the prize, you must have a valid address in either Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland to receive delivery of your prize.
Q19. Is there anything I need in order to win the Grand Prize Draw prize?
A19. In order to accept the prize, you and your guest must have a valid address in either Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland to receive delivery of your prize. As well as a valid passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date you travel.
Q20. How are winners selected?
A20. 5 prize winners will be drawn at random in weeks 1, 3, 5 and 7 and 4 winners will be drawn at randon in weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8 weekly, from all valid entries received on each of the 8 weeks during the Promotional Period via an independently audited and verified programme.
Q21. How will I know if I have won?
A21. If you have won in the Weekly Prize Draws, you will be sent a text containing a URL to enter online and complete the verification process. This text will be sent within 24 hours of each Weekly Prize Draw.
The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 16th of September 2024 so keep your eyes peeled for a text 24 hours after this date, notifying you of your win.
Q22. What happens if I win; will any personal details need to be provided?
A22. Once you have visited the URL within your winner text, you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number (this needs to be the mobile number you entered from), valid email address and home address. These details will then be verified by our Prize Provider.
Q23. How long do I have to complete this verification process?
A23. You will have 14 days from the date you received the text that notifies you of your win to complete the verification process and provide your personal details or your prize will be forfeited. The Prize Provider will make every attempt to send you 3 reminders to complete the verification process before your prize is forfeited.
Q24. How and when will I receive my physical Weekly Prize Draw prize?
A24. On successful verification, our Prize Provider will arrange for delivery of your physical prize, to the valid address provided during verification, within 28 days of successful verification.
Q25. How and when will I receive my Grand Prize Draw prize?
A25. On successful verification, our Prize Provider will be in contact via phone to arrange for delivery of your voucher. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for multiple trips to use the entirety of the voucher.
Q26. Can I request an alternative prize?
A26. No, prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, so the prize will only be awarded to the winner.
Q27. I haven’t received my prize, where is it?
A27. If after 28 days you still haven’t received your prize, please contact the fulfilment contact as detailed within your winners email to ask for an estimated time of arrival.
Q28. What happens with the details I provide?

Q29. How do I know if I have lost?

Q30. I entered the promotion too early/too late, will I still be in with a chance of winning?
A30. Unfortunately, any text received before or after the Promotional Period will not be entered into the prize draw but don’t worry, you won’t be charged for this.
Q31. Can I win more than one prize?
A31. Once you have won in a Weekly Prize Draw, you will be removed from the remaining weekly draws. However, all winners will still be eligible to win the Grand Prize Draw prize.
